When you request a quote, NXTHealth collects the contact and cover-preference details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, audience selection, selected plans and message.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant private health insurance options and keep an internal record of the request. We do not use the form to make an automatic insurance decision.
Who may receive it
NXTHealth is the customer-facing distributor. Information is shared with a provider only where it is necessary to progress an enquiry and in accordance with the relevant process. Policy availability, terms and underwriting remain subject to the relevant provider.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting NXTHealth. This operational notice needs legal and compliance approval before public launch.
Security and retention
Access to quote enquiries is restricted to authorised NXTHealth staff. Retention periods, any cross-border processing and formal information-officer contact details must be confirmed in NXTHealth’s approved privacy policy.
